Standing up from valleys of life is never easy.
從生命的低谷中要站起來，從非易事；
The helpless feelings reduce our morale, making us unable to fight back.
無力感會削弱我們的鬥志，叫人無法反擊。
Remember, God is always the solution we can look up to.
記得上帝永遠是我們可以仰望的答案，
Energy will be restored if we stand still in faith.
只要堅定信仰，必重新得力；
New breath of life will be given if we move forward instead of looking back.
只要忘記背後、努力面前，必得全新生命氣息；
God has His time on everything. So, do not worry.
上帝在每件事上都有祂的時間，所以無須憂慮。
Triumph is waiting at the finish line. Remain faithful.
成功正在終點等待，讓我們常保信心；
Hope from above will light up our way ahead.
從天而來的盼望，將照亮著前方道路。
